Hi there! I started this page to share my passion for all things language and language learning, including everything else that can be encompassed into this – topics like global and international education, cultural exchange, language rights, language policy, and more!
Between September 2018 and June 2019 I was fortunate enough to serve as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Galicia, Spain. Receiving a Fulbright grant was a long term dream of mine, and having been able to complete it in my first choice region of Galicia opened so many opportunities for language exploration and personal growth.
After my Fulbright grant, I am returning to the United States to finsh up my M.Ed in Language Education at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education in New Brunswick, NJ. It was right there at the Rutgers GSE where my interest in language education began back in 2016. I’ll be focusing on english as a second language (ESL) and bilingual education. Soon enough I’ll be a certified teacher in the state of New Jersey!
Thanks for stopping by the site! If you’d like to share any thoughts, have questions, or are interested in collaborating in any way, please feel free to drop me a line here – I’d love to chat!
